What case? By the looks of it, you just go around complaining about everything, calling everyone that doesn't agree with you a 12-year-old and/or stupid, and responding *facepalm* on more than one occasion, which is at least one time too many for anyone that should be taken seriously. The only case you have is a serious case of trollish behavior, of which there is no known cure besides just going away.
