Giving him an Arkham Knight vibe and enables him to move faster.

The cut scenes in the Arkham series are excellent. I would watch a full movie of that in a heartbeat.

Arkham cut scenes are great to watch on YouTube. The new suit is very Arkham inspired especially the armour plating.

It looks awkward to me though. The helmet is too high on his head or something.
