Not 100% yet, a decision has yet to be made and WB still deciding between him and Nicolas Hoult

reply

No they updated the story . WB said the role is still uncast and it's between Robert Pattison and Nicholas Hoult

reply

Oh my... What's the lesser of two evils I wonder ((

reply

Lol oh man. Don't know any of his work outside of Twilight so I guess we will just wait and see. Hopefully he bulks up for the role.

reply

He did a Croenenberg movie years ago. He's not bad.

reply

2 of them actually cosmopolis and maps to the stars

reply

What happened to the Batfleck?

reply

The box office.

lol great, another franchise ruined. Batman is above average big yet not huge, square and muscular enough that he floors you with his punches.
This dude has a lanky, 70kg max artist body type. Not Batman. Even looking back at Kilmer or Keaton who were not particuarly big, they were men, they gave off the manly vibe. This guy would be better as some sort of slick villain or possibly twoface or sth. Batman. he. is. not.

I don't know Pattinson's work outside of Twilight, so I can't vouch for the acting. However, people should realize by now that actors work with trainers to put on muscle.

reply

It's not even about trainers

We can all bury our heads in the sand and pretend like these guys are just hard-workers in the gym, but we all know that the guys in Hollywood doing shirtless scenes are all juiced to the gills

They are not professional athletes. They have no ethical/moral reason to NOT take testosterone/HGH/etc. they need to look superhuman, and the best way to do that is by doping. Bodybuilding is a full-time job in itself. When you have to do acting/choreogrpahy/promotional work on top of having a physique like Mr. Olympia, you only have so many hours in a day to do all that stuff. You're damn right they're going to do whatever it takes (especially considering that many of them are going into their late 30s and endogenous testosterone production is naturally dropping off

My point is simply that it doesn't matter how scrawny an actor may normally be. Modern science and "anti-aging specialists" will guarantee that they can reach any level of swoleness deemed necessary

reply

That sucks.

reply

Ohhh lolololol!

reply

I'm so bored of this shit now that I don't care who they cast. I won't even be watching...lol

reply

That's probably what Ben Affleck thought right before he dropped out
