They need to go back to who they were in the early seasons.


On camera. These last seasons they seem to feel the need say something IMPORTANT. I'm also tired of the editing to commercial. I don't need a cliff hanger to keep me watching. Their lives are interesting enough without the "this is good tv" crap. Otto himself, day to day, would be strange but compelling tv.

Yeah the early seasons were better. Not that they weren't scripted too but they definitely felt less scripted

Ever notice how whenever a trigger is pulled and/or a hammer drops on a firearm, they immediately go to a television commercial? It's so routine it's become comical, and by the same token a pathetic attempt to retain viewership.

Yes bsowles, it's stupid. I watch because I choose to. I don't need to be kept in my seat because OMG!, did Eivan just back his back his steam shovel off a cliff?

I do wonder how much the producers are kicking themselves in the butt because they didn't follow Atz Lee when he went hiking with his friend.
