Is Bill taking revenge on Josh?

Josh not using gloves with that grinder just killed me. The first thing I thought of is what Bill said to him and trust me, years ago I had *beep* habits too. I even had my hand rakes across a table saw at 17 but it only hit the tips of my fingers and I didn't lose any. I lost the tip of a finger which oddly grew back, clipped another and put a huge deep gash in my ring finger that is now a saw blade thick lump of scar tissue. My safety habits weren't good for years but I also didn't touch a table saw for 10 years.
That all said so I'm not being unsympathetic.

But Josh is definitely careless and not really taking his time. Not really sitting down and writing out a list. Brainstorming and coming up with a solid plan.
When he was under that truck hammering the jack I would have grabbed the dumb SOB, dragged him away, said something manipulatively concerning and then said "DUDE, let's go look for something to smack it with from a safe distance who cares if it adds 5 minutes".

Hopefully his hand injury wakes him up and if it is Bill taking revenge, he leaves him the hell alone. I hate seeing people be abused whether it's by sadists, oneself or both.
The guys got a heart the size of the moon which overtakes his possibly even bigger brain.
