Didnt the leader of the Archer group say "pick up arrows if you can" and so when they turned the corner all 3 archers killed 3-4 zombies and all 7 of them walked right over the dead bodies and didnt pick up any arrows at all.

They went to the trouble of showing us the scene with them saying that, yet didn't bother to have the characters actually retrieve any of the arrows when they obviously had a chance to safely do so. Plus, I kinda thought it would have made for a cool scene to see them yank an arrow out of a zombie's skull or something like that.

Yeah, I was wondering the same thing. When they shot those 3 zombies in that tunnel/alley, they just ran right over them. I was shouting at them to take the arrows. In crisis, you need all the ammo you can lay your hands on.
shareMaybe they have sense enough to not retrieve the arrows that are stuck in the zombies and were more referring to potential misses. To retrieve an arrow from a zombie, particularly the head, requires putting your hands near their mouth for a time, and the zombie might not be completely dead.
