I watched it again last night, but fell asleep before the end. If I remember correctly, she survived. I also think they had an ending similar to the dawn of the dead remake where a bunch of zombies attack at the end, and they leave the conclusion up to you. So, she's dead if you want her dead.
shareShe did survive and there was no zombie attack at the end. There were 2 zombie tigers, but after that the ferry came in and the movie faded out. I can only assume they made it safely to the catilina wine mixer. Pow.
shareI'm talking about during the credits. They ripped off the 2004 Dawn of the Dead credits where they took the boat and ended up getting attacked where they just docked.
