Not that bad for a SyFy flick...

As expected, there were some cheesy effects, but I thought the actors were good, script was ok, and the premise was actually kind of interesting. Figured I'd give it 5 minutes and end up changing the channel, but it managed to hold my interest til the end.

Plus, I like Laura Harris in pretty much everything I have seen her in (24, Dead Like Me, Women's Murder Club), so that was an incentive- LOL.

Nothing spectacular, but better than many of the other SyFy originals. I certainly found my eyes rolling a lot less through this one anyway. All in all, a decent effort, although I would have liked to have more info on the "curse" or whatever the origin of all this was.

Yeah, I recorded it to watch later so now I'm watching it and it's a fun fantasy movie. It is _not_ SciFi, not even remotely. I would guess that the "gift" was from a demon or something. There might have been something left on the cutting floor that would have explained more in depth about why the gift was left.

They'll just have to make a prequel now. I really did like this movie. OK, it wasn't high art, but the story was original, I thought. At least, more original than most.

Just watched Snowmageddon Its not the worst I have seen so I gave it a 4 out of 10.
Its a bit of a Jumanji rip off I say?
