I looked it up in google, the other guy is named somluck.

November 2011 came and went, 2012 came and went...........now it's postponed until later in 2013.
I'm guessing this fight is going to happen the same day JCVD gives birth to a flying monkey.
The fight did not materialise.
This is typical in the fight business. Basically its not that either the Thai or Van Damme did not want the fight, its just that both parties could not agree, thanks to contractual problems on each side, and so on.
Basically unless the two guys are with no promotions at all, which they are not (both are contracted with different parties), its hard to put together a fight. Its not like you could just organise a street fight, its much more complex than that.
Money being the root cause of all this BS.
