Does anyone know where these movies are supposed to be located? I'm sure in the previous movies it's stated but I've only seen this and the one before so far. I assume it's somewhere in the states, but I thought it was hilarious that in the one scene where Cassie is talking to Derek about Abigail that there's a Canadian mail box in the background. Guess they couldn't hide THAT lol.

not sure where it's done..i do know it's somewhere in canada.....there are quite a few canadian actors in it......jake, the mayor's wife....both of the kids...they are all canadian...so that's a giveaway right there..
but as to where it's filmed, it could be a town someplace in the east.......or a small town in ontario, somewhere....

I'm not exactly sure where this one was filmed, but going by the previous three movies, they were filmed in Dundas, Ontario & Hamilton, Ontario; so there's a good chance this one was also filmed within that general area.

The movies may have been filmed in Canada, but the wall map they always show in Chris Potter's police office is actually a blow up of an area in northern Illinois. The town is actually fictional, but the towns they show on the map are real towns in the southwest suburban area of Chicago.
