Why is the rating for this film currently so low-
-when it is obviously getting good reviews?
shareThey weight the scores. Guess they're afraid people involved with the film will all tell their friends to rate it high to try to get a falsely high score. On the other hand, it seems people rate films undeservedly low in an effort to bring the total score down to what they think it should be. Not sure if the weighting helps give a more realistic score or not. But, hopefully, by the time a lot of people see it, it should find it's proper score.

Half the people who have voted for it have given it a 10. That should count for something.
shareBy that I mean one-time showings in different venues. What a crazy way to release and distribute a film! Why didn't they just do the same as with "The Best Exotic Marigold Hotel" - play it in limited release for several weeks at the same theatres, then branch out into wide release? It's almost as if they were planning for this film to fail!
