Destination Truth vs Legend Quest?

Dear macdude5:

Josh Gates cracks me up, he keeps the show lively; better crew. I vote Destination Truth.

I'm only 15 minutes into Legend Quest but I can tell already it's nowhere near as good as Destination Truth. I wouldn't say they are that similar though.

Destination Truth is more of an investigation series like Ghost Hunters where they have a larger crew and more equipment to try and find things. This one so far is just a guy going from place to place on his theories with some dramatic music to make it seem exciting - which I don't think ever stops and is just annoying (Just like Fact or Faked which I had to stop watching after 2 episodes).

And I've seen at least 2 other programs look for the Ark of the Covenant, and the Olly Steeds one was done much better.

I go for Distination Truth, Legend Quest is almost as bad as Ghost Hunters.
