Same Locations as Ghost Hunters?

I was just wondering if anyone else noticed that they seem to be going to the same locations that Ghost Hunters has already investigated. The two I recognized right away were St. Albans Asylum and the haunted rectory with the dog fighting. Anyone else notice this??

It seems that Ghost Hunters, Ghost Adventure, Destination Truth, & Haunted Collector have hit some of the same places.
