I think it might.
If they draw the curve just right it can help them perfect the look of suprise whenever they hear something on an EVP recording or some perceived shadow or movement on a camera.
Personally I think that practice makes women look one step away from being clowns.
And by perfect, I assume you make any muscle movement unnecessary because the eyebrows make them look permanently surprised...
