All the women's makeup

I have not seen one woman on this show, whether it be a cast member or a "haunted" person, who has any kind of decent hairdo or makeup. I don't get it. Even in everyday life you come across some women who have nice makeup and hair, but haven't seen one on this show yet. They all seem to have oily skin and harsh makeup and either stringy or frizzy hair. Perhaps the ghosts do it to them.
