Pacquiao imo is more talented. I'm not saying that Silva won't beat Pacman in a no rules fight but the fighting filipino imo is the more talented fighter.

They're not even close to being in the same weight class. If Pac Man fought in MMA he would be a Bantamweight, or Featherweight at most if he didn't cut any weight.
