Whats was deputy Hanson's issue...

It seemed like he some sort of personal disdain for the judge and Hank in general. Whenever he spoke to them or at them it always seemed he had a bit of an attitude. Im wondering if there is a missing scene or something in the screenplay that was left out? As far as the movie itself goes, I thought it was great on all counts. The family dynamic and how hard it can be at times. The realism of the strained relationship between father and son or brothers for that matter. The realism of the illness the judge had. To me this movie is sort of like finding redemption and ultimately forgiveness. No matter how bad things can get family is family.
