Unsafe and creepy Spidey

Just before Electro's reveal, Spidey and Osborn are talking near a river and he jumps over the barrier and stands on the side of the river.

As Spider-Man is a character beloved by kids and adults, that kind of unsafe behavior is really stupid to show on screen. When he's fighting, he does crazy stuff, sure, but hopping over a river fence is just promoting bad behavior to young, impressionable kids.

Other thing, "I follow you once a day or more". So, stalking is an ok thing kids, remember that. When a woman breaks up with you, just follow her around w/o her knowing. Totally ok!

 me.

Stop being so nitpicky

PG 13 movie. Dumb impressionable kids don't need to be seeing it. If they DO see it, the parents need to do their job and explain what's right and wrong. Its actually worse to dress up in costume and try to be a vigilante but you're more concerned about hopping a fence?

LMAO

Yeah. Andrew's Spider-Man is the Amber Alert Spider-Man. Great hero. Great role model.

Get off your soapbox while I play you a tune on the tiniest violin.

This paranoia about "stalking" is so overrated. It's absolutely normal and natural for someone to be curious about someone they care about. The automatic association of "stalking" with some kind of evil intent is utterly absurd.

I agree. But comments like that not just prone to this film. People have said Tobey Maguire's Peter was a stalker.
