who the f is the cerd?

It says he was in the same amount of episodes as the other 2 but i have never seen him.

I don't like him. He calls himself the cool nerd, hence cerd. I don't know why, but I despise him.

he was in a few of the episodes including the first episode Edgar was in but only in the first season i have yet to see him in the new season... i too think he is a douche bag :D
