mostly enjoyable

This is an enjoyable movie with good acting. The worst part is the physical appearance of some of the actors--Burt Reynold's regrettable face lift, which gives him a pointy jaw--Rimes' strange artificial-looking eyebrows, which have a life of their own, and the new boyfriend's absurdly overdeveloped muscles. For me, these things detracted from what was otherwise a friendly, feel-good movie.
