I've only seen a few episodes out of order, but in the beginning they have two parents who are so in love...and at the end it seems to only be their mom.
Anyone know what happened to their dad?
Nothing happened. He still got mentioned every now and then but his actor wasn't available past the first season and they rarely show the parents anyway.

My peeve about the Ross parents is the original promos made it look like Morgan and Christina were part of the main cast, but after the premiere they essentially disappeared into Guest-Star Land. The premise was fine: a
nanny fresh out of high school taking care of four rich children, but Disney Channel visually promoted it as a full-time-parents family show. Bait and switch?

Yeah and what kind of parenting is Disney trying to promote when in four years the parents only come home like once a year?
Not to mention that by the end of the series Luke, Emma, and Zuri still constantly make fun out of Ravi (and not just in front of each other but in front of complete strangers). Zuri is still a compulsive liar and will sell out anyone including her family if she can make a buck off it (which gets even worse in "Bunk'd"). And Emma is still massively dumb and shallow.
