Terrible Editing

The topic is great, and idea behind it is great. But the editing is completely awful.

The image changes every 1.5 seconds. It's like those commercials that want to get your attention by flashing hundreds of different visuals so you go "wtf?" But here, they do it for the whole show - unwatchable.

If they let you see what you're seeing for a few seconds, it would be fine. They seem to have thought "Let's flash dozens and dozens of different images for only 1 or 2 seconds each, nobody will know what the heck they're seeing or what the heck we're talking about".

No-ones`s done this before because, well, no-one wants to watch it.

There may be a method to that madness. Probably don't want to give away any techniques or all the ingredients...or the prices written on the outside of the truck.

Possibly, but it's every shot, including three basic ingredients in a bowl. The producer/editor just figured "let's never let anybody see anything for more than 1 second. Always flash from one image to the next image to the next."

For sure, it ruins the whole show. And to think it took more effort to make the edit cut just one or 1.5 seconds instead of a normal 5 or 10 seconds. Putting in that extra effort took a possibly good show, and made it useless and unwatchable.

Just saw it again tonight, first time in months, and my reaction was the same - total waste of a show.
