shareno he is not...people think that cos he is the business end of the band put thats cos of his heritage he is Danish and they are very hard working...he always has his dad around when making an album to get his approval cos they don't want there parents to be disappointed with them.....but he is actually a nice guy and does care about people and his fans....+ a lot of musicians are absolute cocks when you meet them and they tell you to *beep* of or try and punch y to look cool on camera he does not

They love how much better things were in the old days, they hate modern music, they wear clothes that are out of the current fashion and they like to rock and roll. Though the octogenarians tend to struggle against the restraints when they rock and roll.

shareI've met all four members of Metallica, and Lars was by far, the friendlier, with James being a close second.
Not saying Rob and Kirk were *beep* or anything, but they just seemed cold. Whereas Lars and James really made an effort to talk to me like I was their friend. Was it all an act? Probably, but still, they cared enough to try, which is more than I can say for a lot of other musicians.
There is no surprise to me that Lars came across as a sensitive and nice guy. I'm sure he's had some *beep* moments in his life, especially in his inebriated early years, but he is not a bad guy. At least doesn't seem like one.
i met him once. he was a dick. but then again i was one of prolly 50,000 people trying to talk to him him that day. i'm going to guess he's human and has both good and bad days. but for the record total dick.

If that is a genuine apology I appreciate it. I work with children with mental and physical disabilities and they are by and large wonderful inspirational people so language like that does upset me.
