Clara the assassin would have brought all of the ammo she needed with her for her hit, so there was no reason for Carmel to have a box of .22 bullets in her closet. And since there was no reason for her to have any bullets, there wouldn't have been a loose bullet for Davenport to find during his illegal search of Carmel's house.

True True. There were several other plot holes, but I don't want to beat this movie up any more than it already has been. I think they rushed it. The characters didn't seem to be fully developed.
