everyone keeps saying conan was a dick to the people who worked for him...everyone seems to be forgetting that the whole reason he did that tour was to keep his staff getting a paycheck!! once he lost his job at nbc, he didnt have to keep any of them around, but he did and he did a tour, and the reason he charged money for it was to help his staff keep getting paid, and even brought them over to his new show

I hear you loud and clear. The problem is that people are people. Anyone can clearly see that his assistant was in no way worried about losing her job. I've been watching Conan from day one and it's just personal banter. Like a couple that has been married for 20 years. Like me. It's just an inside joke between them. Any fan van see that.
