Any way to watch in US?

I got to watch episode 1 on a British Air flight a few weeks ago - and hooked! Can't for the life of me figure out how to watch it here in the states. Any suggestions? There are bits and pieces on youtube. Need to be a Sky1 subscriber to watch online. Hmmm. Any help or suggestions are greatly appreciated.

You could get the DVD of the series from amazon for a little over $10

Only problem is it's in PAL format, but a lot of DVD players nowadays can play multi-regions.

Absolutely love this series.

Have you seen Gavin and Stacey?

Wouldn't recommend "Gavin and Stacey" just because Ruth Jones wrote it. I hated it, and I think "Stella" is brilliant.

Go back to "Fat Friends" especially series 1 & 2.

Most in the US are not multi-region, but they are available in the US through online retailers and are not very expensive.

Multi-region BluRay players, that play both NTSC and PAL, are also available online, and prices for them are coming down, too.

Some are available on Amazon US, and bombayelectronics, 220-electronics, and world-import are online retailers carrying such players. Not all multi-region players convert PAL to NTSC, so read the specs before buying, so you don't have to buy an outboard unit to do the conversion.

An excellent investment if you enjoy UK programming, especially programming not available on Region 1-NTSC DVD's.

I'm not sure if I'm allowed to post the link to the site on here, but if you search for the name of the series and 1 channel you should be able to find all episodes on there.

You just have to find it for free online. I Googled "Stella watch online", then various websites come up. Some of them work, like primewire dot ag. Pretty much every tv show made is on there.

I'm watching on Hulu right now.
