It's pathetic how these women teach their kids that the physical is more important than anything else. These moms get some sort of validation by parading this children around, and it will be a miracle if any of the girls becomes productive citizens who contribute anything worthwhile to society. Seriously, though, that dad on there made me so mad. He felt it was wrong ... yet he did nothing to stop it. Don't even get me started on the mom ... She needed some intense therapy instead of living through her daughter! (This was the blonde lady ... not sure what her name was, though.)

Just saw the episode and my heart broke for the mom, and for the daughter too. The mom has some issues she has to work out and even I can see that she is putting her daughter out there to continue grandma's teachings. She is using her daughter to say "Look what I did ! I am worthy!" and the shame is .... she is teaching her daughter the same lessons that hurt her.
