One of My Favorite Films

I don't understand why so many people come to this board to say how awful this movie is. I think it's great and I've rated it 10/10.

I just watched it again for the first time in several years. I can't say exactly why I love it so much, but some part of me connects with it. I also absolutely love Mark Duplass. From "The Puffy Chair" to "The One I Love". I adore his writing and his awkward charm.

This is simply my opinion. I respect others that don't enjoy this film so much.

I don't know that I'd give it 10/10, but I really liked it. There's something really charming and quirky about Kenneth. And I appreciated the side stories for the supporting characters. It was as much about youth and regret as it was about a budding romance.

One of my Favs too.. Good analysis, Regretful Youth and Budding Romance--It's like Indie Rock music, except in film. I enjoyed this movie and still watch it from time to time.

Charming and quirky is the best way to describe it. I agree it's not a 10/10, but it was such a fun movie.

Watched this film after watching The One I Love (which I thought was great, and really surprising). I totally agree with you on it - found it so affecting and beautiful. Not often we find films so brilliant.

I really like the film.

So much so that my kids warn my other relatives that I will try to get them to watch it.

Hey, a Sci Fi Rom Com ... what more could you ask for?

I loved it. Quirky, fun, and involved time travel. I thought the acting was very good, and it had an innovative plot.

watched it again last night.
Still great!

Concur. All the praise it received was nothing but well-deserved.

This is a wholly unique and wildly delightful film. The cast here is magnetic! (Can’t get enough of Aubrey Plaza.) In my honest opinion, it’s one of the best films of the 2010’s.
