What's with the attitude?

And the tough guy jargong? They all act like bad rappers. It's ridiculous!

Men were killed doing a dangerous job. That's what...

The job isn't dangerous when done right. Send a bunch of manboy-hillbillies to do it and this happens.

Actually all the workers seemed to be doing their job well as far as I can tell. They were under pressure from the oil executives trying to save money. Not the workers fault at all

Laughed all the way through the movie because of the dialogue. Malkovitch and Russell were great though.

Have any one of you fools ever worked on a drilling rig...I thought not. I can vouch, I worked for two different companies back in the 80's. The dramatization was minimal, what you seen in the movie was as close as you'll ever get to the real deal. The safety mindset depicted is real which is exactly the main reason Obama pulled that moritorium which people from Louisiana never wanted to understand but it was the best thing that ever happened. I know those regulations saved lives. When was the last time you heard of choppers crashing on a weekly basis. How many people's limbs are going missing these days on a consistent basis like in the past. It needed to happen. They worked in a hush atmosphere for decades. If you don't know what you talking about, just take a chill. Kudos for Wahlberg and the gang.
