Garbage!

After seeing it I'm not surprised it won. It's about football and it got lots of white people in it. Even if you're a fan of football you get tired pretty quick and just want it to end soon.

The worst part is it's very racist but considering most of the members of the Academy are white males you knew they would pick this piece of *beep* as the winner of best documentary.

Paradise Lost or If a Tree Falls: A Story of the Earth Liberation, which by the way got awesome reviews outside the US cause they're brilliant documentaries, should've won but of course both those documentaries brings up touchy subjects so it's better to play it safe and give it to something neutral I'm sure the Academy reasoned. And by making that decision they're again devaluing the value of the Oscar.

But according to your profile isn't Marley and Me the "worst movie ever."

Racist? You do realize that TJ Martin, the director, is African-American, right?

reply

Touche! Lol, well this is the worst documentary. Was Marley and Me really a documentary? If so it's actually worse than my first thoughts.

Yea so? I don't get it, what's your point? TJ Martin is not white enough for being racist?

A ho is always a ho no matter what their skin color is. This documentary is incredibly racist and that's a fact.

In what ways is this film racist?

The coaches weren't volunteering their time because the kids were black, they were doing it because the school was poor.

Seems like you were too unable to get past your personal bias, and anger that this won an academy award, to enjoy the film.

You do realize its spelled hoe right

If a Tree Falls is a piece of trash. It glorifies environmentalist wackos burning down innocent family's homes just because they build their houses with wood.

Umm ya dude.....
