Whats your favorite football movie of all time?

Undefeated ranks really high up there! I gave it a 10/10. My other favorite though would be Remember the Titans. Both movies made me cry. Not ashamed to admit it either because they are sports movies!

Like you, before I saw Undefeated I would say Remember the Titans was my favorite football movie....maybe Rudy.

But now its Undefeated.
Great movie.

Undefeated is an excellent documentary of a football team. Despite the fact that it is constrained to whatever drama and footage the camera can happen to catch.
Honestly, Remember the Titans, Rudy and Friday Night Lights are a tad more entertaining (to me) in that they have slicker production, well-scripted stories, pro actors, etc. But they don't have the true-life drama of Undefeated.

I'd suggest Remember the Titans and Hoosiers are my fav football and basketball related movies. But Undefeated is like Hoop Dreams - excellent true-life documentaries.

Undefeated, no contest.

Documentary wise its Unbeatable. I just watched it tonight and it instantly took me back to playing on Friday Nights.

Fiction I have to go with Varsity Blues as I was a high school football player when it came out. We lived our lives by that movie lol

College it would be the Program without a doubt.

Pro probably Any Given Sunday.

Friday Night Lights is great but I wished they would have followed the much better book more closely.

Friday Night Lights was great. It was a rare serious drama about high schoolers. The book was great, and the TV show got recognition for its greatness as well. The movie kind of flew under the radar.

I guess that there really haven't been many great football movies. Not like the number of great baseball movies.
