Spiderman + Cars +Ratatouille=Turbo, a half-baked retread

I know the title seems troll-baity, but for my review, that's what I really think. Throughout this movie I got Deja Vu from scene to scene. In the garden full of animals who don't care and an out of the ordinary animal that watches TV that has his idol and a family that disapproves, Ratatouille. Freak accident happens that gives them super powers, Spiderman. A "gang" of misfits (there was a double dose here), Cars. A forgotten small place with stores that hunger for business where there is a community of these misfits, Cars (Heck, Tito even said "you put this place on the map" to Turbo, Radiator Springs anyone?). A race, obviously Cars. A hotshot villain in the race, Cars. An awkward young guy who lives in a run down place and strikes luck finding a special animal, Ratatouille. Loses powers and then gains them back, Spiderman. A focus on community, Cars. I really don't need to continue.
And even then, the parts of all of these movies that I liked are absent here. I liked Cars because it showed a guy who was selfish being selfless and giving up his dream for a new dream, one not made around him. I liked Ratatouille because the character, with a natural out-of-the-ordinary talent, went through hellish circumstances to get to his dream. I liked Spiderman because it showed him get his powers even when he didn't ask for them. Peter Parker did not outwardly show that he wanted to be a superhero, he just became one. In Turbo, the guy got his dream from being lucky enough to get super powers when he asked for them, and was lucky enough to get his full original dream realized without any work.
And the actual feeling of watching the same movie I have already seen is something I can't ignore. This movie is trying to be these other movies, but failed to even "get" what they were trying to do. Some of the comedy was good, the animation was fine, and some of the supporting characters (some were pointless cliches) were nice, but that's the extent of it. I didn't even think the villain was good! So half-baked! And that's the feeling I got from this, half-baked. So I will be generous and give it a 5/10.
I know I might seem like a troll, but I don't know how else to say how I felt about this movie, it was just bleh.
