reply

Uhhh... what drugs?

reply

thats immediately what i thought when i read the synopsis havent seen it but i got a message from the syonopsis

A freak accident might just help an everyday garden snail achieve his biggest dream: winning the Indy 500.
like if you not good enough resort to measures that'll change your natural self into something it should not be... drugs a medicine or other substance which has a physiological effect when ingested or otherwise introduced into the body. stupid snail.

reply

yeah snail should be been tested for drugs...and found nitrous in his system, and banned for life from entering any races, and stripped off his win and trophy taken back, and shamed.

LOL

reply

Yeah...because race car drivers are actually out on the track like track athletes, running the race themselves(smh).

THEY ARE DRIVING HIGH POWERED VEHICHLES if you didn't know!!! That just screams blood, sweat, and tears.

Get real...

reply

Get real, they can take drugs to get them high and alert making their reaction time shorter, like adrenal or caffeine

You guys take (movie) life way too seriously.

No Number is best. 3 builds better than 2. 2 loves better than 1 and 1 mind is better than 3.

reply

No, just OP. The response posts are all being snarky and snide, and I wholly support that for this thread. Now, where did I leave the... wait... HONEY, DID YOU DRINK ALL THE SNARK? I WANTED TO POST HERE.

"Oooo, lookee, a Sneerfest I can jump in on!!!"

reply

I disagree.

Turbo isn't under any temporary effect that boosts his abilities, nor does he take it voluntarily or is he able to stop taking it.

If anything I'd say the movie message more closely relates to the controversy surrounding Oscar Pistorius, the first amputee to compete in track events at an Olympic level. This was because it was found (and he even admitted) that his prosthetic limbs gave him an advantage over able bodied competitors.

Barry Bonds didn't use PEDs voluntarily either. Just ask him! LOL!
