Has DeNiro been in serious debt for the last 10 years?

It seems like nowadays he accepts any awful script he gets no matter how bad. Is he trying to destroy his legacy with the crap movies he's appeared in for the last 10-15 years? I mean he's been in some bad stuff lately, but this Dirty Grandpa crap? This is just embarrassing.

I agree. Although there's been a few highlights mixed in. Silver Linings Playbook is probably the closest he's been to being the De Niro of old. Hopefully the film with Scorsese happens.

In his 70s and feels like playing an extreme R rated comedy character. If that's not your thing, don't watch.
