Basically Dick says "I would rather have Queen Latifah *beep* in my mouth from a hot air balloon".

But why her? Out of all the people that could do that from a hot air balloon, why her did he pick?

Because Queen Latifah looks like she eats alot of crap so it'll be worse. Either that or just random humour.

This movie is full of that kind if stuff. Zzzzz

You're right...I should've said "that blimp (whale, female Jabba the Hut, etc) Precious" to make it more palatable.
