Not as gory as expected, thankfully. The psychic was very quickly - too humanely? - spared contemplation of her new condition. And one fingernail?! I mean, I lost a toenail as a kid after a walkathon and didn't have any nightmares about it. On the other hand, the offscreen screams of the judge, elicited by we-knew-not-what - - *those* were creepy.
