Thought it looked compelling when I saw the fight with Batista

Then I had no idea what I was watching after that. This movie went downhill to the point where I turned it off midway.

It could have been better...but their intent was to copy the exact feel of the original.

Which wasn’t all that exciting to begin with.

They got the feel right.

Not that anyone was interested.

Complex movie try to make me think, make my head hurt. Terrible movie! Sad.

Yeah it turned into more of a 'mystery' films intent on twists than a philosophical film like the first one - was kind of disappointing.

The movie was both a mystery and philosophical, what was so disappointing about it?

reply

I feel it's overrated and too long. Doesn't hold a candle to the original.

Have a short review of this movie if anyone is interested- https://youtu.be/T8kS7nSeCQs

I didn't think it was too long and it's actually more underrated than overrated.

I must agree, it may even be best bit of film and if it kept that pace and excitement vibe then it would have been truly great film.

As it was it was still a good film, just too long and confusing.
