the first movie was pretty cute and enjoyable, and so was this one. it's not a perfect movie, but for what it is, it does its job pretty well. like the first one, i thought "Niko 2" was cute and enjoyable, with nice animation and decent characters. i enjoyed it and if they make a third movie, i'll check it out.
shareSaw it today on German ZDF. It was okay, but IMHO the film related too much on CGI-effects instead of story telling. Too much dramatic flight scenes, crazy flights like roller coaster rides, in ihe caves, in the skies and between Santa's toy producing machines.
Topias was fine. But there should habe been more focus on the other characters too. The funny eagles, the white wolf, Wilma, Oona, and Niko's new stepfather Lenni. And how and why became the eagles the *beep* of the cousin wolf?
Needs more desu, ehm, drama.
Overall Niko 2 was too... cute.
