I don't have Netflix so I buy the DVD each year and resell it to save money. I haven't seen the show in a year of course and I cannot remember why Lucas is in prison at the beginning of season 4. Can anybody help?

Lucas got set up by the hacker guy (Gavin-who was being forced to do it by an FBI guy under the direction of Doug Stamper) trying to place a bug in the AT&T servers to get Zoe's deleted phone records.He then gets an early release by becoming an informant,getting information on the Armenian Mob from his cellmate.
