I don't think it should be compared to the show. It's not "Awesome Show Great Job The Movie". Sure, it's Tim and Eric writing and starring, but I read somewhere that none of the show's characters will appear (though some of the same actors will), and Tim and Eric aren't playing a bunch of different roles like on the show.

The others you mentioned were TV shows turned into movies, same characters and everything. Of course I could be wrong, haven't seen it yet, but I doubt it will have the same format as Awesome Show.
