Tim and Eric cameo in low budget film?

I saw a clip on Youtube a few months ago which featured Tim and Eric. I can't remember all of the details of the scene, but there is a guy on a street at night and Tim and Eric roll up in a sweet car and get out and hassle this guy on the street and have some sort of turf battle. They end up beating the guy up, if I remember correctly. This scene was apparently taken from a movie that Tim and Eric had a cameo in. I don't remember the name of the movie and I cannot find the scene again. It isn't listed on either Tim or Eric's imdb pages. Does anybody know what I am talking about? Thanks for your help.
