I'm a fan of Tim and Erics Awesome Show and Tom Goes to the Mayor, so I was wondering if this was worth watching. I noticed its only rated 5.2 which to me seems kind of crappy, but I wasn't sure if it was just rated low because alot of people don't get the humor, or if it's actually just bad compared to the other shows they've done. Thanks!

Watch it, try to form an unbiased opinion of it - i.e. don't listen to the self righteous T&E fans who call it brilliant, and don't listen to the obnoxious people calling it a travesty - and tell us what you think!
shareIf your a fan of their show, than it's definitely worth watching. Don't be fooled by ratings on sites like IMDB or Rotten Tomatoes, it's about taste, and the general population doesn't like it and thinks that their humor is absolutely mindless. If you like Tim and Eric chances are you also like a lot of other things that 90% of the population doesn't, ha.

There's a part of the commentary on the DVD when Tim talks about how deliberately bad the writing is in that scene. It's as if he clearly feels that he needs to explain they really DO know how to write and they did that on purpose. He tries to do it casually, but you can tell he wants you to understand... lolol
I personally think they just didn't have the confidence to give 110% to the writing so they decided to deliberately make it "bad" so they didn't even have to try. My personal opinion and I'm sticking with it.
I liked the nice young boy in the movie. He had great size and really fine teeth. Top grade boy 10/10.
shareoh definitely. especially if u like their work already. the movie is kind of amazing actually, they take the same vibe from their show into a feature-length movie and really make it work.
i'm not a big fan tho, for my own reasons... I think those guys are geniuses, but it's just so gross and disturbing.
... it's like going to get an "avant-garde" massage, right? only it's, like, 60% really good massage and 40% getting slapped with a slimy chuck roast while some old guy farts, and it smells almost horrible enough to leave.
