How is that Wesker is still alive??? I remember he was blown to pieces in the helicopter in RE4... It was a huge explosion!!
This was the first of many things that didn't make sense to me about this movie.

They killed him the wrong way. Didn't follow the walkthrough.

in the book he did die, but turned out it was just a clone of him....... but for the movie they probably scrapped that idea....

shareThanks leonvp70. You are right. The main thing bugging me in this movie was the exact same thing as the OP.
It's true that looking back at the end of Afterlife, the plane explodes, we see Alice with the Redfield siblings, than a shot of the Arcadia and then we see a parachute landing just before Luther appear running to the edge of the large pipe he's into.
I really did miss that.
He also blasted into a mountain in the beginning. He can't die, even in TFC he's playing everybody
