They weren't at least a little suspicious?

Ok, I know these people are 'The Helpers' and all, but you mean to tell me you wouldn't be suspicious if a group of strangers:

- towed your car for FREE
- offered to replaced 2 tires on a late model Yukon for FREE
- let you and 6 friends eat and drink as much as you want for FREE
- put you and 6 friends up for the night in a motel FREE

and your not even suspicious enough to ask why they're doing it? Yeah, right.

They were the helpers alright. The producers helped themselves to the plot of about 4-5 different horror movies.

I know, right. They should have been suspicious when they offer them "Free Drinks". However it seem like only one guy was a little bit suspicious. He seem to had became upset when the tire dealer was introducing him to everyone, and told him they will go get the girls and bring them back to the bar. He didn't want to stay, but his friends all did. I found it way too weird that he was the only one out of the entire group that didn't trust the people.

I have never seen that sort of generosity in my life. I have seen people be that overly friendly in the States. In Europe Americans are known to be overfriendly, and quite phoney much of the time. I myself am always wary when strangers act that way.

I liked this movie--and I think it is a case sttudy of the old adage "be wary of Greeks bearing gifts."

Another American bashing reply?
