I was reading the summary on Wiki where they wrote about the threesome with Anna at the end. It says that little Vassili thinks that they murdered her, but it implied that they didn't. I actually thought they murdered her, too. Didn't they?

I don't think so. They were just having another threesome, I think, but it sounded to the kid like they might be killing her, so that's why he ran off in a panic.
