Of fast casual only Spice Coast, Harvest Sol, and Meltworks fit fast casual. Soul Daddy,Grillbillies and Saints and Sinners are good ideas for sit down with take out as a option like Chilis or Applebees. Saucy Balls doesn't have enough variety to be a real restauraunt.
I agree on Saucy Balls-I'm a vegetarian, and I know they said that is not a huge percent of the population, but you still need something we can eat or you are losing all those potential customers.
To me, Soul Daddy still seems a lot like 'Bojangles' (fast food restaurant in the south that serves chicken, biscuits, dirty rice, etc). So it could potentially get there.
I still don't totally understand why one would order the "sinners" items of Saints&Sinners if it just the same item one version fatty and the other not, but perhaps I am just missing the point.
Well for an example Im sure on the saints side it would be a turkey burger with little to no mayo, no cheese. On the sinner side it would be a hamburger with bacon, cheese, and mayo.
Id easily take the sinner option, and Im sure a ton of people would take the saint option.
And Im sure they'd make to order as well.
I thought that was easily the best concept, though I agree it sounds more of a sitdown type of restuarant.
