I know people on the IMDB like to argue (I enjoy it every once and a while) but I've never seen a group more invested in having debates about something so shallow that could go on for weeks. "The judges aren't food snobs," "Indian food is more popular than you think" "Spice Coast should have won even though Soul Daddy won 4 times the competitions" "Harvest Sol looks great...even though we don't know what food they serve"

I don't think I've ever seen a group more divorced from reality than this crew we call regular posters, and it seems to have gotten worse since most of the moderate folks gave up on this show after the first episode.

I've never seen a poster more defensive, quick to attack people simply stating opinions differing from their own, or so intent on touting their own opinion as if it were fact. Ever notice that your threads are the only ones where these debates occur? I'd say that you're the one divorced from reality, but I'm sure you'd try to start a debate with me, then blame me for starting it.

Lol, I see four topics started by you in the first five topics on this board, so you're one of those regulars you're talking about :p

This was a crap show and the board didn't have much activity at the moments I chose to visit it. I don't think much people felt strongly about the show or any of those teams. Or at least I myself totally didn't care who won it, I just wanted to sit through it until the end, that's it.

EDIT: excuse me, on second glance you have 6 topics in the first 8 topics. You're probably the only one that really cared about this show :p

As WSyd said, it's only your threads where these debates are happening...and there's usually only one person (you) on one side of the argument...I wonder why...
If you don't like the fact that your opinions (which is all they are, though you seem to think they are facts) aren't popular around here, you can go somewhere else. Just because you start a bunch of threads doesn't mean that anyone posting in them has to be in agreement with you.

Right...three a-holes just chose to respond to a negative thread because, what, bored at work? Not really...I've never gotten in such heated imdb debates over matters so bogus
