I don't think any would have lasted....

To be honest, I don't even think it had to do with the concept, food, whatever. I don't think any of the "investors" really even cared about making the restaurant successful. It had no promotion, from what I heard the food was horrible (Jamawn's actual food was probably amazing), and the locations just didn't work. People keep saying Joey or Sadhir's would have worked, but honestly I think they all would have reached the same fate. This show shouldn't have even been made in the first place. Chipotle isn't even that great.
