One of the funniest ideas in the movie was having the dentist tooth attached to the top of the wagon by a "slinky". Kept cracking me up. Then when I found out that he kept his money there, it was even funnier.

Well, I love Western movies, and that scene seemed so goofy and lame it felt like a betrayal in a way. I had heard for years about what a huge fan of Spaghetti Westerns Tarantino is supposed to be, and I was kind of hoping for a modern take on the genre. The bobbing tooth told me he was just taking a mocking piss all over the genre. It's like something from a Road Runner cartoon.
