I think this would fair better if they change the title

People aren't that interested in 3D anymore. Look at how poorly Fright Night in 3D is doing. The title doesn't need to have 3D in it. This feels like a Hammer Horror movie. In fact it could feel like a remake of Horror of Dracula. There's still time. They should consider changing the title to something more appealing. Terror of Dracula could be good.

Well at least this title is at least somewhat distinctive, how many 3D Dracula films (other than Blood For Dracula) have their been, at least i won't have to think which various Dracula titles (terror of dracula sounds like it could be any old Dracula film) it is cause i think other than "Dracula 3D" anything with Dracula in the title would sound generic

Yes, but people are losing interest in 3D. The title could be a turn off.

3D is going to become standard.

I was skeptical of it, before I saw Thor, Green Lantern and Captain America in 3D this year.

If it is standard it's all the more reason not to have 3D in the title. It's like if they released Horror of Dracula as Dracula: COLOUR!

Or the Lugosi film had been, Dracula Talkie

Right. Exactly.

I must admit i hate the title, i think it makes it sound like some kind of Van Helsingesque blockbuster and not the gothic horror it is supposed to be. I really love Argento and im really looking forward to this, i just wish he had named it in italian like many of his other films.

The film, itself, is in English though.

But yes, I hope he reconsiders the name before the release.

Is it? I thought it was to be dubbed like all his other films.

No, it's being filmed in English. I saw a few clips already. Rutger Hauer can't speak Italian.

In italy we don't have a lot of 3d movies, so i think that Argento is doing what the americans did in the past.
